XFL is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in technology division: 

PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the computer networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Perform network design and capacity planning.
  • Full product lifecycle management: Operate, Maintain, Manage, and Improve network infrastructure.
  • Monitoring network performance, utilization, trending, and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
  • Diagnoses problems with network equipment and performs equipment repair or upgrades when appropriate.
  • Work closely with team members to provide quick support & error free environment in close cooperation with Level – 1, 2, 3 support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and standards for network operations and security.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate in CSE, EEE or any relevant discipline from renowned University.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

10 to 13 year(s) and age between 35 to 40 years.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Experience in VAPT
  • Experience in capital market and/or financial institutes will give advantages for the post.
  • Professional certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISA, etc. in the relevant area will get preference.
  • Able to work under pressure and alignment with company rules & regulations.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Dependable and flexible team player.
